Welch Village welcomes applicants for employment to stop by the main office between 9 AM and 3:30 PM any weekday, and beginning on October 17^th, Saturday mornings from 9 – noon. Once the season begins the office is open seven days per week until 9 PM. You may download an application and bring it with you or mail it to us at P.O. Box 146, Welch, MN 55089.

We offer many seasonal full and part time positions, two shifts, seven days per week in the following departments:

Lift Operations Snowmaking/Maintenance

Rental Shop Food & Beverage

Ski School Madd Jaxx Grill & Bar

Retail Shop Office & Ticketing

Spring Festival
Saturday, March 13th

The St. Paul Saints and their mascot, Mudonna, will be here on Saturday, March 13th as part of our Spring Festival. Activities will include: Sumo Wrestling and Over-Sized Boxing Glove matches for the kids, Wiffle Ball games, and a Pond Skip at Madd Jaxx. March 13th is also our last Family Festival Day of the season.
