What do I do as a Group Leader?
Group Leader Responsibilities

All you need is 15 people to receive unbelievable savings. That's right, any group of 15 or more skiers or riders qualifies for terrific discounts. Bring your church group, school group, work group, or just a group of friends. We'll make your outing tons of fun!

As a group leader you are responsible for coordinating the trip. Choose a date and a time for your group outing. Call the Group Sales Office, 651-258-4567 Ext 25, in advance and we will help you work out the details.

Upon arrival the group leader will collect all money and arrange for one payment for the whole group, for all lift tickets, rentals, and lessons. The leader may come to the Group Sales Office to complete all transactions. How well you are organized will determine the length of check in.

Arrange for your group to meet in the Welch Village Welcome Center, or a place that you as a leader would suggest. You (the leader) may then proceed to the Group Sales Office and complete all transactions.

After each skier or snowboarder in the group has been given a lift ticket, if they are renting ski or snowboard equipment, they may proceed to the rental center to pick up their equipment.

Lessons: If Group Lessons have been purchased please check with the Group Sales office for times; have your group meet at the Ski Link Learning Center.

One free complimentary lift ticket will be offered for every 20 in your group. Complimentary tickets have no money value and are not transferable to rentals or lessons. Rentals are not included with the complimentary lift ticket.

How to Dress for the day?

Since this is a winter activity and our weather conditions can change at any minute we suggest that you dress in layers. Avoid cotton clothing if possible, and use clothing that wicks moisture away from the body such as polypropolene or wool. Wear warm gloves, hats and mittens!
