Welch Tots (ages 4 & 5)
A one-hour program for 4 & 5 yr. olds introducing the sport of skiing. This program takes place at the magic carpet learning area only. Welch Tots ARE NOT taken on the chairlift during the lesson. Please check-in at the SkiLink Desk ONE HOUR before the lesson begins.

Welch Kids (ages 6-12)
This is a 2-hour beginner lesson program which introduces parallel ski movements to kids ages 6-12. Kids who have already skied before should consider the Wedge Buster lesson program. Please check-in at the SkiLink Learning Center desk ONE HOUR before your lesson begins. Space is limited. Please consider our advance registration system in our Online Store.

A 2-hour lesson program for kids age 6-12 who have skied before and are able to ride the beginner chairlift unassisted. Students are taught parallel ski movements that will help to eliminate the wedge/snowplow. More experienced skiers will be taught more advanced skills to enhance their parallel turns even further. Spartans are taking over the Welch Village Ski Resort. This Spartan Sprint promises to test racers with a good mixture of 20+ obstacles, challenging ski slopes and hills, and no shortage of early morning fog, mud, water, and wind. Make no mistake, even the bunny hills become quad-searing challenges.
