We are looking forward to the 20-21 season and we have some important news for all season pass holders. Season pass holders will NOT be able to pick up their season pass cards in-person this season. Instead, all pass holders will be required to complete a simple 3-step process in order for us to print your pass card and send it directly to you in the mail. This process change is necessary to help control the spread of COVID-19, however, we believe this process will also make things much more efficient for our pass holders.
Once pass holders complete all of the steps below, we will print your pass and you should expect to see your pass card arrive at your home sometime this fall before we even start making snow.
For steps 1 & 2, you will need to access your Guest Record HERE
STEP 1: Upload a new photo for your pass card (CLICK HERE for instructions) If you already have a current photo uploaded in your guest record, there is no need to upload a new photo. Make sure the pass photo is a clear shot of the pass holders head. Do not wear a hat, helmet, mask, goggles, sunglasses etc in this photo.
STEP 2: Verify that your mailing address in your guest record is correct. Pass cards for family passes will be mailed to head of household/purchaser of the pass itself. If your pass is not updated to a current address, your pass card will be mailed to an incorrect location, and you will experience delays in being able to use your pass.
STEP 3: Complete the Online Release Agreement for each pass holder. Even if you received your 20-21 pass card this past spring and completed a paper release, you still need to complete the Online Release Agreement for the upcoming season. Complete the Online Release Agreement Here
When you arrive for your first day of skiing this winter, simply bring your season pass card to our new outdoor ticket windows located on the slope side patio of the main chalet to receive your lift ticket. We will have a dedicated outdoor ticket window exclusively for season pass holders. No need to even enter the building to get your ticket for the day. A ticketing option at Jaxx is yet to be determined, stay tuned.
The deadline to upload your photo, verify your mailing address, and complete the Online Release Agreement is Wednesday, September 30th. Again, you will NOT be able to pick up your season pass card in-person this season. It's very important to follow these steps, or you could experience significant delays in being able to use your season pass this winter.
