2025/26 Season Passes
Unlimited Memberships
This is an unlimited membership for those age 13 and up for the 25/26 winter season. The 2025/26 winter season is expected to run from late November 2025 until early/mid March of 2026. Our operational hours/dates are weather and snow dependent. Please consider Season Pass Insurance; all sales are final. See details on the below page for Season Pass Insurance coverage. The Full Price Rate of $555 will be in effect starting at Noon on 10/23/25 when prices increase to full rates. This pass will not be available for purchase for the 25/26 season after January 15th, 2026. Please note that unlimited members also qualify for certain member benefits including discounted guest tickets (see details below for full list of benefits).
This is an unlimited membership for those age 5-12, for the 25/26 winter season. (This age specific pass is based on your age at the time of purchase). The 2025/26 winter season is expected to run from late November 2025 until early/mid March of 2026. Our operational hours/dates are weather and snow dependent. Please consider Season Pass Insurance; all sales are final. The Full Price Rate of $475 will be in effect starting at Noon on 10/23/25 when prices increase to full rates. This pass will not be available for purchase for the 25/26 season after January 15th, 2026. Please note that unlimited members also qualify for certain member benefits including discounted guest tickets (see details below for full list of benefits).
This is an unlimited membership, for the 25/26 winter season, for a family of 4 or more members. Family = parents and children, age 18 and under, living at home. Extended stay individuals are not eligible for this program. Please remember that kids age 4 and under receive complimentary lift tickets. The 2025/26 winter season is expected to run from late November 2025 until early/mid March of 2026. Our operational hours/dates are weather and snow dependent. Limited Memberships
This is an limited membership for the 25/26 winter season. The 2025/26 winter season is expected to run from late November 2025 until early/mid March of 2026. Night Club Passes offer unlimited skiing & riding after 3pm 7 days a week, OR only $35 any day before 3pm. Please consider Season Pass Insurance; all sales are final. See details on the below page for Season Pass Insurance coverage. The Full Price Rate of $309 will be in effect starting at Noon on 10/23/25 when prices increase to full rates. This pass will not be available for purchase for the 25/26 season after January 15th, 2026. Please note that night club members also qualify for certain member benefits including discounted guest tickets (see details below for full list of benefits).
NO REFUNDS & NO TRANSFER POLICY:
Purchase of season pass memberships are NONREFUNDABLE unless season pass insurance is purchased at the time of membership purchase and a qualifying event occurs. See additional information about season pass insurance below. Transfers of season pass memberships to other users or to any other season are NOT ALLOWED, under any circumstance.
SEASON PASS INSURANCE:
LIFT TICKET DISPLAY POLICY:
All season pass members of Welch Village are provided a season pass card that they must present at our ticket windows each day that they ski/ride for redemption of their daily lift ticket. The user must display their daily lift ticket in a visible area on their outer ski garments by attaching it with the provided fastening device (i.e. to their jacket or their snow pants, in a visible spot). When the weather is warm, please ensure you place your lift ticket on a piece of outer ski garment that you will not be removing if you get warm (i.e. snow pants). If the ticket of the day is not properly displayed or if the member goes skiing/riding without obtaining their ticket of the day first, a $200 fine will be assessed. If you forget your season pass card on one of your visits, we can issue your daily ticket for a $5 fee per person at our Main Chalet ticket windows. SEASON PASS CARDS:
If you purchase your season pass before October 31, 2025, and have a photo uploaded to your guest record, you will be receiving your season pass card in the mail during November 2025. It will be mailed to the address on file, so please ensure it is accurate, or if you have any changes, please notify our ticket office at info@welchvillage.com as soon as possible. If you purchase after October 31, 2025, or if you don't have a photo uploaded to your guest record, you will have to pick up your season pass card at our ticket windows on your first visit of the season. If picking up on a weekend before 1pm, please expect potentially long wait times. Season pass cards will only be available for pick up at our Main Chalet ticket windows once we are open for skiing and riding.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
All passholders must electronically sign the electronic release of liability when purchasing their season pass in order for their pass card to become active.
WELCH VILLAGE SEASON PASS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT:
1. Passholders must be present at the ticketing station to receive their daily lift ticket.
2. Loss of season pass card results in $10 replacement fee.
3. Season pass may be revoked by Welch Village upon presentation by any other person other than to whom issue, for violation of any safety rules, or any activity which is construed misconduct, misuse or nuisance in using the facilities.
4. I (we) agree to abide by the loss of lift ticket privileges policy of Welch Village and I (we) will not ski or ride in or on closed areas or runs. Click Here to see Loss of Ticket & Season Pass Privileges Policy
5. Season pass purchases are not refundable unless insurance is purchased at time of pass purchase.
6. Transfers of passe to other people or other seasons will not, under any circumstance, be granted.
7. If you purchase a pass, and then become employed by Welch Village, your purchase will not be refunded, but you may transfer your pass for a fee of $50. A transfer will not be allowed if the pass has been used or if it is after 12/24/25.
8. Family pass rates apply only to immediate family members living at the same address. Extended stay visits by other individuals does not qualify them for the family rate.
9. The Welch Village Season Pass Agreement and Release of Liability must be signed for pass to become valid.
10. If you forget our season pass, our daily ticket will cost $5 more than if you hadn't forget. (Will have to pay a $5 fee to receive daily lift ticket at our ticket windows).
