New Year's Eve Celebration

- Kid's Flashlight Parade on Fowl Play 
  (all kids are welcome to help with flashlight parade!  Meet at the top of Fowl Play; bring 1-2 flashlights per kid!)
- Torchlight parade on Lookout followed by Fireworks
